Mondays and Wednesdays from 6pm to 7:30pm

– The Mat Club Starts 10/21/2024 and will end in Feb. or March 

– Practices will be held on Monday’s & Wednesdays from 6:00 pm -7:30 pmLocation:  David Douglas High School (South Gym) 1500 SE 130th Ave. Portland, OR 97233
– $125 fee for the 2024-2025 Season.  Payment in cash or check. This fee covers a team shirt and USA wrestling card.
– 6th, 7th & 8th graders can do Mat Club and Middle School Wrestling!
– All athletes will need to have a physical prior to their first practice. Our DDSD School Based Health Center is available for appointments: https://hs.ddouglas.k12.or.us/school-based-health-center/
